Job Overview And Responsibility

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using NodeJS (JavaScript/TypeScript). - Give advice to backend architecture decisions: microservices, real-time data flows, security, and cloud integrations. - Develop, test, and enhance: - Cross-platform mobile apps with React Native Or web apps with ReactJS - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver engaging, efficient UI experiences. - Integrate APIs and backend systems for web/mobile applications. - Optimize performance of both backend processes (database, caching, async flows) and web/mobile applications. - Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and set best practices across the stack. - Participate in Agile ceremonies; manage project requirements from concept through deployment and monitoring.

Required Skills and Experience

NodeJS - Min 5 years of experience with NodeJS frameworks (Express.js, NestJS). - Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation. - Strong understanding of backend security best practices (authentication, authorization, etc.). - Hands-on experience with cloud integration (AWS, Azure or GCP). - Familiarity with containerizing using Docker. - Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. - Experience writing automated tests (unit/integration). React JS/React Native - Min 1 year of practical experience developing mobile apps with React Native or web apps with React JS. - Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript. - Ability to deploy, debug, and optimize apps on both web/mobile platforms. Soft skill - Good English communication skills. - Comfort working in Agile development environments. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a cross-functional, distributed team.

- Experience with mobile-specific features (push notifications, offline sync, app store releases). - Familiarity with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda). - Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS) and caching systems (Redis, Memcached). - Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). - Familiarity with performance monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, etc.).
