職務概要

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Tech Lead for a temporary contract position that can transfer to Full-Time if successful. The ideal candidate is a versatile developer with a strong background in backend development, a deep understanding of system architectures, and the ability to lead and support a team. This role will involve hands-on coding, code review, team leadership, and solution exploration. The candidate should be comfortable adapting to new programming languages and frameworks at lightning speed, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for engineering and innovative problem-solving. Core Duties & Responsibilities ● Develop high-quality code for both frontend and backend applications, contributing approximately 50-60% of their time to hands-on coding. ● Review code submitted by peers, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. ● Lead and support a development team, offering guidance and assistance as needed, comprising around 20-30% of their workload. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and explore various solutions for complex technical challenges (approximately 20% of workload). ● Demonstrate a deep understanding of various system architectures and propose suitable architectural decisions based on project needs. ● Research and evaluate current and new solutions, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. ● Demonstrate strong engineering and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and bottlenecks effectively. ● Exhibit a high level of proficiency in learning and adapting to new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies in a short span of time. ● Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and concise communication with team members and stakeholders. ● Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction with the delivered products. ● Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes. ● Collaborate with the testing team to ensure thorough testing and bug resolution. ● Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and the organization.

必要なスキルと経験

Language: Vietnamese (Fluent or Native) + Professional Working Proficiency in French (C1 level or similar) OR : Professional Working Proficiency in English (TOEIC 900+, IELTS 7+) ● Minimum Qualifications: ○ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with an excellent GPA. ○ Minimum of : ■ 3 years of experience as a dedicated backend developer (Nodejs) ■ 1 year of experience as a Fullstack developer ■ 1 year of experience as a team lead for a team of 10-15pax ○ Comfortable with frontend development and willing to contribute to both frontend and backend tasks. ○ Familiarity with LoopBack, ReactAdmin, and NodeJS is highly preferred ○ Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and the ability to quickly learn and assimilate new languages and frameworks. ○ Excellent understanding of system architectures and the ability to make informed architectural decisions. ○ Strong experience in code review, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to coding standards. ○ Ability to lead and support a development team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. ○ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and explore innovative solutions for complex technical challenges. ○ Demonstrated ability to effectively balance hands-on coding, code review, team leadership, and solution exploration. ○ Engineering mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. ○ Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

this role will manage SoA's outsourcing projects for clients or build products ? and the interview process will include any technical test ?

We have multiple products in different stages. We only build B2B products, they are complex and handling large amounts of data but small user base.

Candidates can use english in place of French

How about the candidate who is a senior of NodeJs and React but hasn't experience with LoopBack and ReactAdmin?

This role prioritize candidates with at least 2 out of 3 mentioned tech (Loopback, ReactAdmin, and NodeJS)

Leading skill with managing fron 5 ppl can be considered ?

We will consider them as our second or third option.

If does not have exact Reactadmin, loopback experience, but have solid experienceb only with Reactjs and Nodejs can be considered ? I think those skills can be transferable, the ones who have great skill with Nodejs, Reactjs can research more about ReactAdmin, Loopback and apply to your system

It depends on how good he/she is in those stacks. But please be aware that we will scan his/her potential on the other 2 stacks.
