Purpose: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Magento Developer with a strong background in software development and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Magento. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Magento architecture, performance optimization, and the ability to lead complex projects from conception to deployment. Job responsibilities: ● Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Magento-based applications. ● Implement scalable, high-performance solutions using the Magento framework. ● Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal speed and responsiveness. ● Lead integration efforts between Magento and third-party systems, ensuring seamless functionality. ● Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate sophisticated server-side logic with user-facing elements. ● Guide junior developers and offer mentorship to the development team. ● Stay informed on the latest Magento releases, security updates, and industry trends, applying upgrades and improvements as necessary. ● Provide technical leadership in planning and executing projects while ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. ● Ensure quality assurance, testing, and documentation of all developed solutions.
