Job Responsibilities • Process orders via email or phone • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries • Receive information, update data, and the department's operating situation accurately and completely • Draft, update and edit as well as manage business documents • Maintain close relationships with customers, remind customers to renew services at the right time to ensure benefits • Maintain and update sales and customer records • Support HoD and other Sales staff in making business plans and strategies. At the same time, monitor and handle arising situations and promptly report to leaders at all levels. • Develop monthly sales reports • Communicate important feedback from customers internally • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations • Stay up-to-date with new products and features Key Relationships: • Internal: o Sales department o Cooperate Accounting & Marketing • External: o Pharmacies o Clinics, Hospitals o Distributors
