BAI Capital is seeking a skilled and motivated EB-5 Immigration Specialist with strong commercial skills to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and support closing investment opportunities directly with potential EB-5 investors. The role requires a strong understanding of the EB-5 visa program, a strong commercial drive, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to guide investors through the entire investment process. Key Responsibilities: Investor Identification & Outreach: - Identify and target potential EB-5 investors in Vietnam and surrounding regions. - Develop and implement strategic outreach campaigns to generate leads. - Utilize various channels to connect with potential investors, including seminars, webinars, networking events, fairs, etc. Qualification & Relationship Management: - Qualify leads by assessing their eligibility and interest in the EB-5 program. - Maintain ongoing communication with prospects, providing them with detailed information about BAI Capital’s investment opportunities. - Build and nurture strong relationships with investors, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the investment process. Investment Closing: - Guide investors through the documentation and compliance requirements of the EB-5 program. - Coordinate with legal, financial, and project teams to ensure a smooth investment process. - Negotiate terms and close investment agreements with qualified investors. Market Research & Strategy: - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the EB-5 space in the main cities and in the province - Provide insights and feedback to the team on how to improve the investor acquisition process. - Good knowledge of social networks, and being active in creating content will be a plus. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine promotional materials and campaigns. - Become the face of BAI Capital in the Vietnamese market, collaborating with the marketing team to shoot promotional and informative videos Compliance & Reporting: - Ensure all investor interactions and transactions comply with local and international regulations. - Maintain accurate records of investor communications and transactions. - Prepare weekly reports on investor outreach, qualification, and closing activities.
