Founder Jimmy Yar, has over 12 years advertising experience. He was the Director of Talent and Operations at DDB Group, Jimmy currently sits on the board of Institute of Advertising Singapore as an Executive Council Member, driving the Talent and Education agenda for the creative and media industry. Sim Yunying (YY), Doctor Watson | Partner spent 11 years in marketing and advertising, including stints at UNIQLO, DDB Singapore and Ogilvy Taipei. She spent the past 4 years as Head of Marketing for UNIQLO Singapore where she managed a team of 10 to oversee marketing, creative, business strategy, organisation restructure and e-commerce. She started her career in Advertising by taking part in DDB’s graduate trainee programme, DDB Apprentice, in which she emerged as its winner to be offered a full-time contract with DDB. She was named Young Professional of the Year at the Institute of Advertising (IAS) Hall of Fame awards 2011.
