• Plan customer development, revenue growth, and provide periodic performance reports. • Research market demand for logistics services. • Create a list of potential customers and reach out to introduce the company’s logistics services. • Consult on import-export service packages, transportation & delivery solutions, provide quotations, negotiate, and sign service contracts with customers. • Coordinate with internal departments to monitor shipment status and update customers regularly and promptly. • Maintain post-sales customer care, collaborate with other departments to address inquiries, complaints, and customer requests if any. • Stay updated on new regulations regarding import-export, taxation, and customs procedures.
• Min 1- 3 years of experience in related field is preferable • Working in the logistics/freight forwarding industry is an advantage • Understanding of sales performance metrics. • University degree, major in the relevant fields. • Good skills in Interpersonal communication and Customer Service • Ability to work under pressure and have good teamwork and regular job rotation spirit • Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working • Good knowledge of logistics and industrial
