We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing strong relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence across Vietnam and internationally. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets. - Identify and establish relationships with new customers while maintaining strong connections with existing clients. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Provide product presentations and technical support to potential clients. - Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals, with particular care of customer needs and logistics. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing. - Regularly report to the Branch Director (Italian) on sales performance and market trends. - Travel within Vietnam and internationally as required.
Key Requirements - Vietnamese nationality. - Maximum age: 40 years old. - Must own a personal vehicle for business travel. - Proven experience in sales - Strong organizational skills, proactivity, problem-solving ability, and relationship-building skills. - Fluent in English (mandatory). - Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes. - Experience in the heavy machinery or textile industry.
