Having close to 17 years of IT experience mostly around ERP applications like Fusion HCM and PeopleSoft HRMS. I have close to 8 years’ experience in Fusion HCM and currently working in Fusion HCM as a Manager and looking after the Projects and Non Standard Request’s for the client. The scope of my work revolves around interacting with the client SPOC’s directly, located around the globe to handle their module requests and needs to make sure they can use the application modules without any challenges and issues. I play the role of the SPOC from our end to be the first contact to analyze client requirements through a ticketing tool, do the feasibility check and come up with the effort to deliver the requirement or provide work around if the requirement is not directly mapped into the system. We currently along with my team support close to 30 Countries on multiple Fusion HCM modules like Core Human Resources, Absence management, Performance management, OTBI, Workflows and Security module. I attend Bi-weekly calls with Process Owners of each module to streamline any improvement areas if suggested and provide them with latest updates and solutions delivered on each of their modules. My role also includes grooming and mentoring my team members whenever necessary on the requirements understanding or learning the module from the scratch. I handle the escalations if any from the client side and make sure that the similar issues don’t repeat. I have previously worked as a functional consultant for the global roll-outs in a phased manner for different countries on the same Fusion modules like Core Human Resources, Absence management, Performance management, OTBI, Workflows and Security module. As a functional consultant my role was to gather the requirement, analyze them, prepare FDD, functional setups/build, prepares test cases and support UAT, getting the sign-off and finally move the build to Production and warranty support.
