Given my 2 Bachelor's degrees in Law and Business Administration, beginning my job in Human Resources at first seemed out of place. But I was quick to see the chance it gave me to learn about a company's most valuable resource - its employees. I have the honor of combining many points of view to develop ideas that increase the production of people and also organizations. I focus on cross-functional and IT in the technology sector for international headhunting companies (Adecco, GLG and currently Monroe Consulting group). I have knowledge of the entire hiring process, including hiring, client management, career development, and testing facilities. I am successful in finding and hiring top people thanks to my capacity for forming trusting relationships, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for candidate care, and years of sourcing experience. My obsession with altering the labor market to have an impact on people, organizations, and society can be found while I watch how people satisfy their everyday demands.
