Leadership Report Writing QA
We're looking for a strategic Senior QA Test Engineer to join our team. This is a crucial leadership role where you will oversee and guide all testing processes, manage a team of QA engineers, and ensure our software products meet the highest quality standards before release - Leading the QA Team: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of QA engineers. - Developing Test Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies in collaboration with other teams. - Overseeing Test Execution: Ensure test plans are executed efficiently and effectively. - Identifying and Resolving Bugs: Analyze and coordinate the resolution of defects found during testing. - Ensuring Compliance: Ensure software meets quality standards and industry regulations. - Driving Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in testing processes and implement changes. - Collaboration: Work closely with development, product, and other teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. - Reporting: Create test reports and communicate quality status to stakeholders. - Mentoring: Provide guidance and training to junior QA team members. - Manual / Automate Testing: Contribute to and oversee the development and execution of automated tests. - Release Decisions: Participate in release decisions by assessing the overall quality of the product. - Proactively enhances and contributes to the design of robust testing processes and comprehensive test scenarios to ensure exceptional product quality
- Extensive Experience: 5-7+ YOE in software quality assurance, with 3 years in a leadership role. - Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and various testing types (e.g., functional, regression, performance). - Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
