• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields; • Over 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong expertise in the field; • Proven candidate sourcing skills, with the ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates; • Strong planning and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy; demonstrated ability to work independently in planning and managing projects; • Proficient in database management and data reporting; • Highly proactive, exercises sound judgment, and takes appropriate actions when necessary; • Proficient PC skills for formatting reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.; • Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills; • Strong command of English.
