We are looking for a Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. * Responsibilities: - Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand through social media, recruitment events, and partnerships to attract diverse talent pools. - Talent Sourcing: Proactively and strategically source and identify top IT talent through various online channels. Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent. - Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to determine their fit for the position and company culture. - Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies. - Interview Management: Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams. - Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback. - Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the company. - Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition (either in-house or agencies). - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. - Outstanding networking and communication skills with a warm touch, good time management and organizational skill. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to organize Internal Activities. - Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with international candidates and stakeholders.
