Fundiin is the BNPL pioneer and current leader in Vietnam in providing zero-cost buy-now-pay-later facilities, helping retailers increase sales by up to 30%. BNPL is the first step in our mission to accelerate the path to financial freedom for people in Vietnam and, eventually, Southeast Asia. Position: Senior Backend Engineer Working Location: 77 Tran Nhan Ton, Ward 9, Dist 5, HCMC Report to: Engineering Manager Job role What you will do: As a Senior Engineer, you are expected to be a strong and self-motivated individual with the ability to independently drive decisions, and execute and deliver medium-complex projects end-to-end without the involvement of other supervisors. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to Transform the existing system into microservice architecture, which covers all tiers from frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure Work with the data engineer team to propose, design and implement a data platform that will serve as a unified single source of truth for business intelligence and analytics Provide optimal technical solutions to ensure high-quality integration with 3rd parties Work with cross-functional teams to explore and develop tools and automation to scale business operations
必要なスキルと経験
Be smart, hungry, and focused. Eager to learn and able to learn fast Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer Science, or equivalent Deep knowledge of OOP, data structure, and algorithm Experienced in Java and Spring framework Experienced in designing relational database schemas in Oracle, SQL server, or PostgreSql Experience working with cloud services such as AWS, GCP or Azure Proficient in best practices of software engineering Familiar with microservice architecture and all its implications: Rest APIs, Message Queues, SQL, NoSQL, service performance, data consistency, caching, etc An interest and preferably working experience in an Agile software development environment
