● Collaborate with both the product andfrontendteamstoquicklydevelop,test,and implementnewfeatures. ● Architect secure, scalable backend systems (including database, infrastructure, source code, etc.). Develop and maintainservices,mentorjuniors,andreviewcode forqualityandefficiency. ● Work closely with management and thedevelopmentteamtoensuredevelopment staysontrack-troubleshooting,innovating,andimprovingexistingcodebase.
QUALIFICATIONS: ● At least 4+ years of working experience as a Backend Developer ● Solid Computer Science fundamentals and excellent problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and system design ● Proficient with NodeJS / Typescript. Strong experience with RESTful API, GraphQL and microservices. Deep understanding of database design and optimization, including SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases. ● Experience in DevOps, including: ● Working knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools ● Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines ● Understanding of monitoring and logging solutions in production environments ● Familiarity with cloud security practices and implementation ● Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker ● Basic understanding of container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) ● Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including agile development, continuous integration and continuous delivery. ● Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
