As a Sales Associate and Social Media Manager at Hoi An Soul, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our exquisite handmade leather products while managing our social media presence Working location: Hoi An - Quang Nam province, Thao Dien - Thu Duc city, HCMC 1. Responsibilities: ● Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing leather goods, bags, accessories, and art pieces ● Providing in-depth product knowledge and personalized recommendations ● Operating the cash register and ensuring accurate transactions ● Maintaining an organized and visually appealing store display ● Achieving and exceeding sales targets through excellent customer service ● Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism ● Collaborating effectively with team members to meet store goals ● Adhering to all company policies and procedures Additional Responsibility: ● Managing the store's social media accounts on platforms like Facebook and Instagram ● Creating engaging and visually appealing posts to showcase our products and promotions ● Responding promptly to customer inquiries and comments on social media ● Building and maintaining a strong online presence to drive customer engagement and sales ● Analyzing social media performance and making recommendations for improvement
