We are a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software platform designed to simplify and automate HR processes for businesses across the region. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our sales efforts in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive the growth of Better HR's presence in the Vietnamese market. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage a team, generate leads, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales and support professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Better HR's HR and payroll software to businesses in Vietnam. Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs in the Vietnamese market. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. Deliver product presentations and demos to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of Better HR. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and events. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and feedback to the Regional Sales Manager. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and post-sales support. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales in software or SaaS products. • Proven 1 - 2 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and coaching a sales team. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions. • Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required. • Willingness to travel within Vietnam for client meetings and business development activities.
