Operations Office Management Operations
We are looking for a Office Manager to join our studio in Vietnam and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. In this role, you will work closely with the US team and other teams within the company to ensure a high level of performance and compliance with all relevant rules and regulations. You will also be responsible for organizing company and client events, managing budgets and supplies, coordinating projects, and improving the office environment. What You Will Do - Oversee the daily operations of the team in Vietnam - Organize company and client events, including off-site meetings, executive meetings, and social events - Manage budgets and order supplies, stationery, and food & beverages - Maintain relationships with external suppliers and contractors - Coordinate and manage projects such as office upgrades and facilities - Continuously come up with new ideas to improve the office environment and implement them - Communicate and coordinate with the building management - Manage travel bookings and logistics - Liaise with an outsourcing accounting department to ensure that financial reporting and accounting processes are running smoothly - Oversee general HR operations
- Graduated from top universities (FTU, National Universities, etc.) or studied abroad - At least 2+ years of professional working experience, with a background in office management or personal assistant - Age: 9x, 2000,… - Fluent in English - Available to connect with the US team anytime - Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting processes. - Organized, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under time pressure - Proactive attitude and a strong focus on personal and professional development
