We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in both human resources and the software industry. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management: • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates. • Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Process Development: • Design and implement business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the company. • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance. • Build and implement Performance Check processes. IT Domain Expertise: • Leverage knowledge of the software industry to align HR processes with the specific needs of software development teams. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve technical team performance and productivity. Negotiation and Influence: • Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills in resolving conflicts, managing employee relations, and handling compensation packages. • Utilize strong influence skills to drive change and promote a positive workplace culture. Talent Acquisition and Retention: • Identify and attract suitable candidates for various projects and company needs. • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent. • Implement employee retention strategies to maintain a motivated and committed workforce.
Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management. • At least 3 years of experience in the software industry. • Proven experience in building and implementing business processes within an IT environment. Skills: • Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases. • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and the IT domain. • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to influence and inspire others to achieve goals. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to retain top talent and reduce employee turnover. • Ability to build and implement performance check processes (nice to have).
