Recruitment Management
1. Recruitment activities (70%) • Comply with the Company's requirements and policies on recruitment process • Receive recruitment needs from superiors, clarify job description. • Establish and implement recruitment activities. • Build a candidate data source suitable to the Company's recruitment needs. • Search and select suitable candidates, consult and introduce candidates to the position, working environment, and benefits of the Company. • Screening CVs, organizing interviews, synthesizing results after interviews, negotiating offers. • Welcoming, arranging seating, integrating new employees. • Conduct recruitment market information surveys as requested by Management when needed. 2. Operation activities in Hanoi branch (30%) • Connecting teamwork in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh offices (Organizing Team building, monthly and quarterly birthdays for Company employees with team Activities). • Monitor human resource support during work. • Buy, sell and distribute stationery and snacks monthly. • Manage documents, receive and send letters from HCM-HN. • Welcoming customers when they visit the office.
● Graduated from University majoring in Human Resource Management, Economics... or related majors. ● Have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment at IT and IT Outsourcing companies. ● Know about IT services and the labour market. ● Dynamic, good communication skills, negotiation skills, persuasion and good work management skills. ● Agile, proactive in work, able to work independently as well as work well in groups.
● 13th month & Performance bonus. ● All employees are involved in social insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, periodic health examinations, etc. ● Provide laptop and monitor. ● Work From Home policy: 24 days per year (2 days per month). ● 12 days of Annual Leave (Employees who have worked at Kimei Global for 1 year will have an additional 2 days of summer leave). ● Holidays are based on the annual announcement of the Government. ● Company trip, annual health check, year-end party: Once per year. ● Activity outdoors, happy hour in/out office, Birthday gift. ● Free parking fee. ● Various snacks and drinks in our bar. ● Gifts for Children's Day, Women's Day, and Men's Day
