● Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role. ● Adept in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and experience collaborating in Google Slides, Google Docs, and Slack ● Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, and creative thinking across various platforms and mediums. ● Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. ● Strong project management and organizational skills. ● You’ll need to have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and colleagues around the world (you need to have a level of English equal to or higher than B2) ● You can successfully ideate and pitch your ideas in a brief but effective format ● You can produce concepts from scratch and enhance ideas provided by leadership and colleagues ● Strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI, and responsive design ● Strong understanding of design principles in every medium. ● Experience working in Video Productions and content creation ● You are humble and colloborative to listen and learn from clients and teammates ● You know how to maintain a positive vibe and inspire people to get things done while working remotely
