Business Development
- Coordinating, directing and leading business development within defined field of responsibility on department level or higher - Leading, supporting, challenging and monitoring performance of sales force within defined field of responsibility - Own business development activities - Route management and development of defined markets and trade lanes - Managing, developing and overseeing global agents relationships for defined markets and trade lanes - Representing interests of the company before third parties - Coordinates the relations with other sections in the company
- College/Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related fields - At least 3 years of experience in Logistics/Forwarding - Fluent in English both written and verbal - Proven record of own business development with multinationals (ability to close deals) - Aged 1985 and above - Computer basic knowledge, MS Office (doc., xls., ppt.) - Convincing presentation skills in native tongue and English language - Negotiation skills - Sales-oriented - Self-confident - Positive attitude - Good manners and appearance - Willingness and ability to travel
