An engineer-turned-consultant. Born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, I grew up to see myself yearning to explore the world. Starting my career as a field engineer, I gained hands-on experience in the Oil and Gas service operations. I also had a chance to stay across various countries in SEA, travelled to different continents and successfully mastered 4 different languages. With six years of experience in the Energy sector in my pocket, I transitioned into my MBA program at the Asia School of Business (MIT Sloan Affiliate). I then grew great interest in advanced data analytics and explored fast clock-speed industries like FinTech and e-Commerce. In 2020, I was privileged to be selected for McKinsey's exclusive program "Next Generation Women Leaders". The opportunity opened doors for me to meet amazing people and inspired me to pursue a career in consulting. I’m fueled by my passion for building team and growing communities. Currently, I'm an active volunteer at She Loves Data to promote data literacy and diversity in tech. I’m also an ambassador for the FortNynja E-FinTech School APAC to nurture talents who are interested in the space.
