* Developing and Managing contacts with candidates and clients. * Responsible for end to end IT, Non IT and ITES recruitment process, * Coordinating the full life cycle of hiring process including screening and reviewing resumes, conducting telephone interviews, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations, start date and regular follow-up. * Client Interaction for Requirements and Candidates Feedback. * Understanding the required skill set, job description and job specification of a particular vacancy. * Handling IT requirements for various skills across, technologies for Permanent engagements. * Doing a preliminary assessment round and qualifying them for technical interviews. * Conducting initial screening in order to judge the candidates, suitability evaluating candidates on their strengths, skill sets and communication skills.
