Client Relationships --Proactively build relationships with existing and potential clients to gain a greater understanding of current/future business needs. --Responsible for maintaining cordial and positive client relations at all times, through regular calls & visits. --Maintained and managed client expectations and resolved their concerns/issues in agreed timeframes. Recruitment Life-Cycle --This includes developing the overall recruiting strategy, allocating and posting requirements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the numerous rounds of interviews with hiring managers. Team Handling --Effectively allocating the requirements to recruiters and implementing lateral sourcing strategies to get high-quality and cost-effective talents within the turnaround time. --Effectively managing a team of inside sales executives as well and guiding them on how to create a new qualified lead, and get new appointments which would ultimately lead to new business. • Manage project proposals, amendments • Client Value add proposal presentation, execution, and endorsement • Staffing planning and optimizing onshore offshore ratios
