Handling the assignments of the Stock Broking, Banks, Insurance and Finance Vertical by meeting the clients / HR Managers / HR Executives personally. • Fetching the right candidates from various sources, including job portals, references, head hunting, etc. • Short listing the appropriate candidates by meeting them personally, conducting their preliminary interview and assessing them on various parameters. • Updating them about the Client’s requirements after knowing their future plans and their preferred type of job. • Scheduling the candidates’ interview with the client and consequently, taking the feedback from the client. • Finalizing the candidate after appropriate feedback and orientation from the client. • Keeping the candidate updated about the selection procedure and making sure he joins on the committed date. • Ensuring that the Selection Invoices are raised correctly, dispatching them and making sure that the payments are received on time from the client.
