I have been part of Wolves India since 2017 in steering our endeavor to help Global organizations set up their offshore technology centers through growing teams single-handedly. I’ve grown my skills in full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing and have been contributory in hiring Talent across roles at Mainstream business and sub-business divisions across industries such as Investment Banking, Technology, ITES, Shipping, payment gateway, Retail, Aerial imagery and analytics, and Pharmaceutical, and then some. Additionally, I have built teams for fintech and AI/ML start up’s from the ground up. When I'm not recruiting or setting up Global in-house capability centers, I distance travel on my motorcycle, go for a run and break my PR’s back in the gym.
