Leading the Product/Design/Analytics hiring at Simpl. Prior to Simpl, I was working as a recruiter with Passion Connect (a talent unit incubated by Mumbai-based Venture Capital firm, Blume ventures that invest into tech-driven startups across India and the Silicon Valley). I was responsible for tech and product hiring for Blume's portfolio companies, this includes the likes of- Unacademy, Spinny, Classplus, Purplle, Dunzo, Locus, HealthifyMe, Exotel, Milkbasket, Instamojo, Slice card, Tookitaki, LoveLocal, Tricog, Pitstop, GreyOrange and many more. In the past, I have closely worked with Prateek M Srivastava (Founder, Basil Advisors) on a couple of projects during my stint with Basil Advisors and I have been mentored by him. Prateek is now the co-founder & CEO of Terraview, an image processing startup backed up by a clutch of high-profile investors, including, Kalyan Krishnamurthy, group chief executive of Flipkart and Binny Bansal, the co-founder of the domestic online retail giant, Sujeet Kumar (co-founder Udaan) and Ankit Nagori (co-founder Curefit).
