The BI Analyst will play a crucial role in the Loyalty Department, helping to transform data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to customer loyalty programs, member behaviors, and business performance. The BI Analyst will collaborate with various departments to support the development and execution of data-driven strategies aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and maximizing ROI.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. ● Experience: 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a loyalty or customer-focused industry. ● Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker; strong SQL skills; experience with data warehousing and ETL processes. ● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. ● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. ● Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. ● Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with loyalty programs, customer data platforms (CDPs), and CRM systems is a plus.
