Build Digital Channels • Build, manage, and develop digital channels (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Website, etc.) • Create content strategies and coordinate production for each platform • Oversee ad deployment, optimize performance, and grow customer base • Increase brand awareness and support business growth Lead Digital Content & Video Production • Direct and collaborate on creative content production (articles, videos, images, infographics, livestreams) • Tailor content to each platform (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) in line with brand messaging • Supervise and support live sales streams, enhancing customer interaction Budget Management & Performance Evaluation • Plan and manage digital marketing budgets across platforms • Ensure cost efficiency (ROI, ROAS) of campaigns • Monitor and report campaign performance, offering actionable improvement plans Team Management • Recruit, train, and manage teams in digital marketing, e-commerce, content production, and livestreaming • Collaborate with other departments (Ads, Brand, Sales, Customer Service, IT) to align marketing with business goals
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing • Proficient in tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, especially Facebook Ads • Experience using AI tools to boost brand visibility and customer engagement • Experience in beauty clinics, hospitals, or healthcare is a strong plus • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Skilled in planning, budgeting, execution, supervision, and reporting • Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams • High sensitivity to market trends • Strong work ethics and professional dedication
