• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing • Proficient in tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, especially Facebook Ads • Experience using AI tools to boost brand visibility and customer engagement • Experience in beauty clinics, hospitals, or healthcare is a strong plus • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Skilled in planning, budgeting, execution, supervision, and reporting • Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams • High sensitivity to market trends • Strong work ethics and professional dedication
