As a Software QA Engineer, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by designing comprehensive test plans, executing testing strategies, and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role involves close collaboration with development and business teams to ensure a seamless and flawless user experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with product requirements and business goals. Analyze software requirements to identify areas for testing and create effective test cases. Execute manual tests to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of the product meets. Document and report defects, ensuring clear and detailed information for the product team to address and resolve issues promptly. Conduct regular regression testing to validate software changes and ensure product stability. Facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders, ensuring that the software meets end-user expectations and business requirements. Participate in product design to provide feedback that can drive improvement in user experiences. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
Background in Business, Economics, Information System, or related fields. We want someone who is fearless in trying new things and learning new skills, able to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic setting. From 1-2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Business Analysis, preferably in ERP system. Experience in collaborating with PO, BA, and product teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software testing methodologies, test case development, and test execution. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities, planning & organizing, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Ability to communicate effectively in English is a plus.
