We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior/Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, ensuring the highest levels of performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities ● Lead the development of full-stack solutions, from concept to deployment. ● Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. ● Develop and manage Kubernetes-based deployments and infrastructure. ● Implement and manage authentication gateways and ensure security best practices. ● Optimize application performance with Redis and PostgreSQL. ● Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements. ● Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js for frontend development. ● Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide the development team. ● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan

● Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development. ● Proficiency in JavaScript (NodeJS) with a deep understanding of backend development. ● Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management. ● Familiarity with authentication gateways and implementing secure authentication methods. ● Solid experience with Redis for caching and PostgreSQL for database management. ● Strong skills in frontend development using JavaScript, React, or Vue.js. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ● Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. ● Leadership experience, with a proven track record of guiding and mentoring teams.
