Oversee app development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with user and business needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience and perform UAT. Document functional specs, process flows, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related fields; certifications (e.g., CBAP) preferred. 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in Mobile apps or Digital products. Strong understanding of mobile development processes (iOS/Android) and Agile methodologies. Ability to analyze business processes, workflows, and user needs to identify areas for improvement and propose effective mobile solutions. Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Experience in collaborating with UX/UI designers. Knowledge of mobile app analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) is a plus. Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
