We are looking for a talented QC Lead. QC Leader is an important part of Software Testing to lead and provide an effective quality inspection for software development project. In addition to having a deep level of understanding of software development life cycles, this candidate should have proven experience creating well thought out test cases that ensure a quality product and allow testing in the most efficient manner possible. Candidate must be well organized and able to juggle multiple projects at a time while still meeting expected deadlines. Responsibilities: Lead the testing team to ensure the performance of all software developmentprojects Building up and leading the Testing Team. Plan/estimate and manage project testing activities. Coordinate to execute test, monitor/control test execution and evaluates test. Cordinate with other team to solve customer complaint and find out root cause and corrective action as well. Ensure that all the requirements of compliances are followed Report daily progress/issues to management and client representatives Train/manage testing engineers of project assigned, mentor and provide guidance to testing engineers, responsible for career development plan of team members Other related duties.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
At least 2 years of experience for QC Leader position. At least 3 year experiences with various mobile app/game and Web testing for iOS and Android. Have experience in web testing (Portal web, auto internet banking, OTP,...) Knowledge in API, performance and security testing. Experience of developing and executing test strategies, detailed test plans, test cases, test data, and tangible quality measures Good written and verbal communications skills. Teamwork and cooperation skills, working well with a team Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines Ability to work with a team locally and abroad.
