As a Game Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and playability of games by identifying and reporting bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies. You will work closely with game developers and designers to provide detailed feedback on gameplay, mechanics, and user experience. Your insights and thorough testing will contribute to delivering a polished and engaging final product to players. Details: - Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for the mobile game, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives. - Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, content updates, and optimizations based on player feedback, data, and strategic goals. - Collaborate with development teams to turn requirements into detailed user stories, guiding the implementation of game features. - Oversee the game's live operations, including events, updates, and content releases, ensuring ongoing player engagement. - Monitor KPIs such as user acquisition, retention, and monetization, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, UA, Design) to ensure successful game launches and post-launch campaigns. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and ensure the game remains competitive.

Knowledge: - Graduated from university in Information Technology and related fields - Have at least 6 months of experience in a similar position in the IT industry or completed any courses on this position - Basic understanding of game development processes and software testing methodologies. - Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems is an advantage. - Previous experience in game testing or QA is preferred but not required. Skills: - Good verbal and written presentation skills - Good communication skills to provide clear, concise feedback to developers and other team members. - Analytical skills: Ability to detect errors in detail and provide improved solutions - Research skills: Ability to research the market and gain informative insights - Ability to work independently and in a team.
