• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, target audience identification, and messaging. • Oversee the creation of innovative marketing campaigns that effectively drive brand awareness and customer engagement. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales, product development, and other departments. • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. • Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising. • Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts through creative and data-driven marketing strategies. • Monitor marketing performance metrics and present regular reports to the executive team. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation. • Other tasks assigned by CEO.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
• 10 years of experience as a Chief Marketing Officer/Marketing Director or similar role is a must. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that resulted in business growth. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and emerging marketing technologies. • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods. • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. • Must be excellent in English. • Experience with public speaking skills.
