Business Planning & Development Officer shall be a key part of our professional and dynamic team at Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam and assist General Director (Japanese) & Planning General Manager (Vietnamese) in term of business operation/ business strategy planning with main responsibilities as follows: • Coordinate with engineering department to support for business planning strategy making. • Conduct research and data analysis for business decisions and business reports. • Support for new and existing business or customer’s strategic relationship establishment • Other tasks assigned by General Director or Business Planning General Manager • Details will be discussed further in the interview. Career Development Direction: • At the beginning phase, the candidate will have chance to learn and understand company business and technology through sharing from Planning General Manager. • Learn about framework of business planning & development through joining seminar in Japan. • Learn how to apply the framework to actual business planning task with guidance from General Director. • After the training phase, the candidate will take the duties and responsibilities as business planning & development officer and continue to develop career path in term of business strategic planning in the future
Nationality: Vietnamese/Japanese Year of Experiences: More than 5 years Preferred Language: Japanese Compulsory Skills & Knowledge (Must have) • Experience in Business Support/ Business Planning/ Business Development • Excellent communication of Japanese and English • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills • Good teamwork and independent working skills • Be able to quickly adaptable to challenging environment
