SIPHER a lore-heavy Action RPG with a PVE Co-op Dungeon and PVP Battle Arena mode, designed for both casual and competitive players. The game is easy to pick up but hard to master. We are an international group with hybrid roles, consisting of members from various backgrounds, including Vietnam, the US, Europe, Singapore, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, and more: - We are a team with 160 members and growing. - We are young and full of energy. - We love gaming. - We love amazing stories told through gaming and movies. We are seeking a talented Rust Developer with experience in Solana blockchain development to join our team Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for an NFT marketplace on the Solana blockchain. - Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate smart contracts with UI. - Write high-quality, efficient, testable code in Rust. - Maintain and upgrade the marketplace to incorporate new features and improvements. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and suggest improvements.
Keahlian dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan
- Proven experience as a Rust developer, with hands-on experience in the Solana ecosystem. - At least 3 years of experience working in the blockchain technology, especially NFT standards and smart contracts. - In-depth knowledge of Solana's architecture and smart contract development tools. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team and contribute to documentation. - Familiar with Agile projects, able to work in a fast-paced project cycle by adapting to ambiguous project objectives, changing requirements, and re-prioritized focus - Advanced of estimating test activities and deliverable

What are we building now?
We're building our very first game and expect to have unprecedented user activity upon launch.
The game will have two modes: Idle Adventure Mode + Metaverse Think AFK Arena, Magnum Quest. Our target is the crypto-native player who likes to be tactical, strategic, likes story telling and great art but are time-constraint 4 man raids and social hub for players interactions. Casual MOBA Mode With planned gameplay mode for 3v3, PvE, Blockchain Integration
Our philosophy is based on the premise of blockchain, decentralization and true ownership of in-game player owned assets. Therefore, all the games that we build shall be integrated tightly with distributed ledger technology.
