Duong is working as Project Manager for VMO Group_international IT solution provider. She has a good combination of strong academic knowledge and working experiences regarding managing IT projects, doing research and developing business strategies. Her communication skill, strategic thinking and creative problem solving as well as good analytical skill were trained through intensive projects in the period she worked for different international consulting companies. She believes passion translates into result. She sets high goals and achieves them by perseverance and enthusiasm. Also, Duong is interested in multicultural environment which gives her the chance to work with people from many different countries. Backpack travelling, making new friends and exploring different countries and cultures are simply her pet hobbies.
