Khang Dao is a mechanical engineer who gained his first undergraduate degree in Slovakia and later went on to get his MBA, then moved on to set up his consulting company on HR & management, specialising in helping companies/organisations to achieve their strategic objectives. He has significant experience in administration, human resource management, project management, training, research and surveys. Born in Hai Phong, Vietnam, Khang is fluent not only in English but also Slovak language by which he acquired his 5-year Mechanical Engineer Degree (equivalent to Master degree) at Slovak Technical University, Slovakia. He also can read Russian and understand the basics of Chinese and Korean which he found very useful for his work with multinational clients, operating in the Vietnamese market, and business partners abroad. He has been involved in a number of leadership roles in Human Resource Association (Vietnam) for many years and has a broad network of friends and colleagues working in different areas of engineering and management where he can rely on for potential collaborative multidisciplinary projects.
