• Having 5+ Years of experience which includes IT Recruitment. • Experience in sourcing profiles from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, vendors and other free websites/Social media’s. • Transition of full project (End to End), from understanding the need, sourcing the right profile, organizing interviews, short listing candidates, releasing offers, following up for joining till getting the resource on boarded. • Responsible for drafting offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters. Releasing Offer & Appointment letter. • Weekly report on conversion (Offer to join ratio). • Worked on ATS (Application Tracking System) Green House and Ops 360.
