I am an enthusiastic and confident HR professional with excellent communication skills and hands on experience in Learning and Development, Teaching, Human Resources Management, Training & Development and Knowledge management. In my last stint, I was associated with Indo Asian Academy Group of Institutions in Bangalore for close to 4 years, where I was ?conducting Behavioral Training,Soft Skills training on personality development, time management, interviewing skills, Group discussions etc in addition to ?teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students of Commerce and Management? various subjects of management?. ?Prior to that, I have worked with Hewlett-Packard in Bangalore with their training and Knowledge management function, training employees on behavioral Skills and Soft skills.I have also delivered Train the trainer programs to new trainers. I have a Train the Trainer certification from Dale Carnegie. Coming from a defense background, I have got an exposure to varied cultures and an opportunity to interact with different people cross the width of India.
