I have started working in the recruitment industry since 2011 in Somerset, England as an Intern and never looked back ever since, of course, the path hasn't been easy and there were challenges in every step but I have kept growing to where I am now. I understand healthcare recruitment from Admin Work to 360' recruitment (Signing up a new client to book a candidate which wasn't on the database). I was successful not only in Healthcare but I was open to trying other recruitment like IT, Fintech, Construction, Commercial and Hospitality and made a difference with my skills and understanding. I am always excited to try and learn new things in recruitment and improve my skills because I am never afraid of making mistakes as I learn from every mistake I make and be better every day. I have lived and worked in multiple countries so I understand different work cultures and that has made me more open to new ideas people have to offer and actually trying them (if they make sense.. of course). I am now building my own business with all the experience I have gained since last 10 Years of not only work but from life too, I believe in building relationships with my employees and Clients to grow together and built better businesses which makes difference in everyone's life as we are in the recruitment industry and it majorly relays on People.
