Documentation: • Preparing Offer letters of the selected candidates. • Documents collection & Induction on the joining of the employee. • Preparing Documents like relieving letters and experience letters along with tallying F&F settlement with the Finance Department US Immigration / US HR Operations: • Gathering H1B Transfer, H1B Non Cap, OPT Transfer profiles from different social media platforms & references. • Filing LCA's to US Dept of Labor (DOL) • Preparing PAF's accordingly once the LCA petition gets approved. • Preparing Port of entry letters and EVL's • Preparing Experience letters, Offer letters, Employment agreements and other stamping documents as per requirement. • Sending welcome kit to new hires and getting the I-9’s, Paychex documents and Insurance documents from them to process the Everify.
