Responsible for Talent management Solutions, T&D and Client management. N number of Corporate training to Universities/Colleges and corporates Developing and implementing Training strategies and programs. Deploying a wide variety of new training methods. Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants. Managing Accounts and Recruiting teams. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs. Well versed and experienced with full life cycle of recruitment process starting from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, validating to acceptance of offer to final placement. Act as the primary point-of-contact for solution implementation of business operation activities related to the India business unit of all the clients including employee hiring, on-boarding, and training. Identifying and assessing future and current Recruitment/Training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers . Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions. Monitoring and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Support Nesting/OJT/TQ/Evolution by observing, measuring and monitoring learners as needed. Responsible for the delivery and evaluation of soft skills training on all aspects of client training; to prepare learners to perform job functions within predetermined KPIs/ performance standards. Responsible to utilize appropriate delivery techniques in a blended/scenario/transmission/self based learning environment. Learning, classroom &, online teaching, presentations, public speaking...ability to conducts integrated training needs assessments without supervision. Communication, leadership, Soft skills, team management, PMS, QMS, preparing for interviews, resume making, corporate lectures and career strategies with which I can support individuals, professionally. Identifying and developing new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/referral business in order to increase company revenue and maximize profits.
