I have been exposed to and learned from my first part-time jobs and online courses until now, I think i have qualified for a Recruitment Consultant position. Besides, the progressive spirit and the will to learn always enable me to promote working capacity and self-improvement to complete the assigned tasks successfully. My long-term goal is to become a senior human resource manage, so I will constantly improve and practice during my work to shorten the time to accomplish that goal.
