Since my second year, I collected many experiences from participating in organizing film-making contests, exchange program between Vietnamese and Japanese students, and sharing workshops on Japanese business culture. They give me confidence on the ability to connect people and to work in groups. Moreover, supporting the family business and the experience of 1 year studying in Osaka also help me to improve skills in communication and understanding people’s mind. With my knowledge and skills, I want to become a sophisticated and skillful recruitment consultant, gaining the trust of clients and candidates, thereby bringing value, benefit, and profit for your company. Objectives: Short-term: learn and enhance knowledge/skills about the HR industry; create a network of qualified and reputable candidates Long-term: be a Senior HR Specialist with capability range from Training, Recruiting, to consulting about Labour Law and other related fields
