I have about 12 years of working experience in Software Development as Software Engineer, Team Leader, Learning & Development Specialist. I’m an eager learner, optimism and progressive person. I continuously grow up myself with new challenges. In the last 3 years, I have not only focused on developing myself, but also helping people who have relationships with me in work and life to develop. I'm also interested in how I contribute to building and growing the organizations I work with. It is these things that motivate me to take courses in Project Management, Certified Scrum Master, Professional Coaching Foundation and HR Management.
