- A young and dynamic individual with more than 1 year of working experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant (Headhunting). - Handson experience in working with Applicant Tracking System. - Proficient in using social media (Linkedln, Facebook, Skype) and job site to search as well as shortlist potential candidate. - Good communication, persuasion and teamwork skills. - Ability to use English as a means of communication at work.
